uStore-it Franchise Discovery Day
We are excited to announce our first uStore-it Franchise Discovery Day in Estepona, where we will be meeting potential franchisees. Giving you the chance to join the self-storage industry and run your own units alongside our existing locations.
uStore-it opened in 2015, a year in which founder Mark Hare introduced Spain to the world of self-storage. Furthermore, the uStore-it owner had already made a name for himself within the franchise business in the UK. In fact, the former franchise company achieved over 150 outlets under Mark Hare himself and has since gone on to become a global success story.
What is the uStore-it Franchise Discover Day?
By attending a uStore-it Franchise Discovery Day, franchisees have an opportunity to understand more about their investment. During which, uStore-it representatives will answer questions regarding the ustore-it business model and how buying into a franchise works to begin with.
It’s also an opportunity to appreciate what would be expected from franchisees, as well as the wider self-storage industry. Not only that, but it’s the ideal time to learn more about self-storage franchises in general. With uStore-it Self-Storage at the forefront of your investment.
We will be on hand to meet and greet guests personally, including those responsible for supporting franchisees in the wider journey. As such, this is a unique opportunity to interact with the uStore-it team, including the staff responsible for providing ongoing advice on marketing and sales.
When is the uStore-it Franchise Discovery Day?

Where are the uStore-it Franchise Opportunities?
While our Discovery Day is taking place in Estepona, there are franchise opportunities in Spain that cover the Costa del Sol and beyond. However, during the course of the day, we will be particularly interested in covering the following territories:

Wherever you wish to open your own self-storage franchise, you will then be joining existing facilities in Duquesa, La Linea and Manilva. All of which remain as busy as ever and fully booked on a regular basis. As such, proving the self-storage franchise model works, is well-established and has a strong market base for future opening.
