It’s hard to believe it’s 2023 already, with another 12 months of self-storage ahead of us here on the Costa del Sol. As such, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers, both new and old, a very happy New Year for 2023.

Whichever way you decided to celebrate, we hope you saw in the New Year ready for many happy times ahead. Whether that was with a glass of champagne on the beaches of Manilva or by sipping a mug of warm cocoa at home.

As for 2023, for some of us, another year can be the same old routine. Whereas elsewhere, it’s the chance for a new beginning. Including everything from sorting out the spare room to moving house or even starting a new business venture.

Here at uStore-it Self-Storage, we’re on hand for numerous scenarios. As we prepare for another year, covering your needs while hopefully widening our own customer base. During the past 12 months, we saw the uStore-it brand expand, with additional units. Something we’re keen to continue, as it is clear there’s a high demand in the South of Spain.

By renting space online, you can see what’s available and how much it is likely to cost. Although if you prefer to speak to someone directly, we’re only a phone call or email away. Our store managers are even available via WhatsApp.

There’s no pressure as to how long you can rent a unit or the need to hire a space bigger than you actually need. After all, we have a range of facilities from personal lockups for short-term storage to larger units ideal for small businesses to utilise long-term.

Franchise Opportunities in Spain

We’re also excited about our new franchise opportunities in Spain for 2023. If you’ve already been monitoring the growth of our existing brand, you’ll know doubt aware we’ve come a long way since launching in 2015.

With 5 existing locations in Duquesa Port, La Linea, Manilva, Palmon7es and near Torremolinos, the brand growth doesn’t have to stop there. In fact, we’re already in talks with potential investors in regard to launching our next self-storage franchise.

However, the storage industry continues to thrive and franchising is a well-known business model for success.
