These are exciting times and a chance for upcoming investors to join the uStore-it self-storage business. As already highlighted on the Facebook page, Franchises start from as little as €12,000 (plus VAT). We have 2 levels of entry, with both our uStore-it Express and Full packages. The Express version is ideal for those looking to launch in a more niche marketplace, while those with more capital to invest may be interested in the full package.
Having launched in 2015 the uStore-it brand soon took off having spotted a unique window within the South of Spain. The self-storage industry at the time was largely untouched for ex-pats living in the Costa del Sol. Yet since opening demand has continued to remain at an all-time high.
As such, as well as franchise opportunities in Málaga we are looking for investment throughout the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain.
